On January 29, RSC Chairman Emiliano Stornelli took part in the conference “Urban Peacebuilding – Common Challenges and Best Practices in Local and International Contexts”, organized in Rome by Centro Pro Unione.
The proceedings brought together officials and civil society organizations committed to building peace through dialogue and cooperation. Keynote speeches were delivered by representatives of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Roma Capitale, the special municipal authority that administers the city of Rome.

Conceived as an operational space for exchange between institutional and field-based perspectives, the event addressed how contemporary cities experience and manage conflict, social polarization, and interreligious tensions.
In his remarks, RSC Chairman focused on the growing challenges to meaningful integration increasingly observed in Italy and across Europe from a religious and cultural standpoint.
