RSC Senior Fellow Ms. Shireen Al Mashaqba has joined the International Fellows Programme 2023 promoted by the International Dialogue Centre (KAICIID), as a member of the Arab Cohort. The first session of the Programme took place in Tunis between March 2 and 8, 2023, with 29 Fellows − religious leaders, scholars, practitioners − coming from Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Syria, KSA, Iraq, Lebanon, Sudan, and Palestine. RSC Senior Fellow Ms. Al Mashaqba represented her country of origin, Jordan. The Programme included a range of activities and workshops focused on interreligious and intercultural dialogue, peace-building, promoting social cohesion and reconciliation. A special visit was organized to the Al-Zaytouna University, the only accredited academic institute in Tunisia in teaching religious sciences.
