New batches including medicines, medical equipment, clothing, and other items were delivered to Lebanon by the Military Technical Committee for Lebanon (MTC4L) and the Italian Bilateral Military Mission in Lebanon (MIBIL).
The items, shipped from Italy aboard a military aircraft of the Italian Army, were collected and donated by the Religion & Security Council (RSC) and the Annas Linnas Association.
The beneficiaries of the donations were the Mar Mikhael Maternity and Childcare Association, which manages the Pierre Gemayel Social Health Center in Beirut, and the Mar Youhanna Morcos Church in Byblos (Jbeil).
New humanitarian initiatives are currently being developed, reflecting Italy’s ongoing commitment to supporting the Lebanese population.
